These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Design Legacy website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Separate contracts, proposals, scopes of work or engagement letters may apply to architecture, interior design, development or related professional services. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed project-specific documents will govern the relevant engagement.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information, portfolio presentation and enquiry purposes. Images, drawings, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, materials, timelines, budgets and other project references may be illustrative, edited, approximate, historical or specific to a particular project.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quotation, professional appointment, warranty, commitment to availability, or promise that the same design, material, cost or result can be reproduced for another project.

Project enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, consultant, contractor, fiduciary or other professional relationship. A project relationship begins only when the parties complete the applicable onboarding process and agree the relevant commercial and professional terms.

Any early-stage budget, timing or feasibility discussion is indicative unless it is expressly incorporated into a signed agreement. Project outcomes can depend on site conditions, approvals, consultants, vendors, product availability, client decisions and other factors outside the website itself.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original text, layouts, branding, graphics, photographs, renders, drawings, project presentations and other content are owned by or licensed to Design Legacy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
